December 30, 2023 The locals shorten the name to Zihua. Walked to the end of the mallecon, then through the town. This church has only one wall as part of the stone wall surrounding the grounds.  Park furniture made from recycled materials  View up De A Noria Another great sunset.

December 29, 2023 Bruce Hale and I walked the Malecon, then through the old town to my favorite vegetarian restaurant, Plankton Vegetariano. Unfortunately the schedule was too tight to visit the botanic garden. December 28. 2023 The aquarium features large grounds and a new state of the art aquarium building. They also have bird, penguin. And sea lions shows. Buy tickets in advance to avoid the long lines.  Sculpture in front of the entrance The bird show Iguana roaming the grounds  The large round tank. B&W makes a clearer picture

Sea Days December 23-24. 2023

Friday Sunset Saturday Scenic Cruising Bahia Magdalena. Saw 6 whales,several sea lions. A pod of dolphins, a turtle, masked and brown boobies fishing for flying fish, pelicans and frigate birds. All too far for pictures.   Too cloudy for a sunset.
