February 23, 2024 At first they canceled the port causing us to eat the major part of our prepaid birding guide. Later, they changed plans and landed us there at lunch time. The town has many metal sculptures If you look closely at the picture above, you can see this female splendid fairy wren The lichen on the rocks is this vivid orange color There is a colony of little blue penguins on both sides of the tender pier. They must climb this slope each evening at dusk
February 26, 2024 I took a three-part tour: a Yarra river tour, a winery and Healsville Sanctuary. This post will have the first two parts. Part two will have sanctuary pictures. Melbourne is Victoria's largest city with over 5 million residents. Very Scenic and friendly. This multicultural city has residents from over 200 countries.
