Crossing the Equator

People who have crossed the equator before are known as shellbacks. Pollywogs is the term for those crossing for the first time. The ceremony starts with the arrival of King Neptune. After the pollywogs are slimed, theyKing Neptune requires them to kiss the fish. They are judged by the ship's officers. If they get a thumbs down, they must jump in the pool. The town has many metal sculptures  If you look closely at the picture above, you can see this female splendid fairy wren The lichen on the rocks is this vivid orange color  There is a colony of little blue penguins on both sides of the tender pier. They must climb this slope each evening at dusk
