Broome got its start as a pearling town. I took a panoramic tour. The tide cange is 10 meters. We had to come and go in a 2-hour window as the tides were changing. These pictures were taken during high tide.
this rock top is naturally colored. The mini morters were used for mixing pigments. 

Treetops almost covered by the tide at cable beach. Low tide at moonrise looks like a stairway to the moon.
