Our tour started with a visit to a koala sanctuary. They were relocated hear after devastating fires on Kangaroo Island.

Koalas sleep 19 hours a day. They ar nocturnal  so they stayed still for pictures. 
There is a baby in this picture. Hard to spot. 
We then took a tour of an oyster farm. Coffin Bay is known for oysters. 
These plastic containers protect the oysters as thy grow.

January 25, 2024 We took a tender to Mystery Island (I'll reveal the mystery later). For our cultural tour,  we took a boat ride to Aneityum.  Mystery Island  the home we visited  At the gate, we were met by fierce warriors. After we told the chief we had come in peace, we were allowed to enter. The family of the guides all participated.  Preparing traditional foods.  Back on Mystery Island,  i walked around the entire island.  It is quite small. Vanuatu was co-owned by England and France. When Queen Elisabeth visited, the location of the island was kept secret. Reporters called it a mystery.  The day ended with a beautiful sunset.
