We arranged a private tour through Dunedin and the Otago Peninsula. On the way to our three primary stops (Lanarch Castle, Opera Wildlife Sanctuary formerly Penguin Place], Albatross Center) we had a city tour. The opera center provides breeding areas for the yellow eyed penguins. They provide rehabilitation for penguins. 

Baldwin Street is the steepest in the world with a 51% grade. Looking up from below and down after climbing it.
